Fabric Requirements -- Kits available

Large bag, small  bag and 2 gift card/money  holders:

6-8 assorted reds- scraps or 1/8 yd each

1 flesh fabric scraps or 1/8 yd

2-4 assorted blacks scraps or 1/8 yd

1 charcoal scraps 1/8 yd

4 assorted whites/ivory scraps or 1/8 yd each

2/3 yds red fabric for Handles and Lining

Coordinating thread

We'll be using the TenSisters Easy Piecing Grid for class.  You'll need:

2" finished grid for large bag (one panel)
1 1/2" finished grid for small bag (one panel)
1" finished grid for gift card and money holders(one panel)

Sewing machine, walking foot, pins & clips,
Rotary cutter
Acrylic ruler (Lisa loves the Quick Trim ruler)
Microtex sharp needles recommended 80/12 or 90/14
Marking pen
Unique Stitch
Hot glue gun

Class Preparations

For our Zoom class, we will be working on Large bag and gift card holder. Once you learn how to put these together, you’ll be able to make the small bag and money holder on your own. Since we're using the TenSisters grid, the size of the squares you'll be cutting is different than those listed on the pattern.

Large Bag

Please cut 2 1/2” squares for the large bag                Also make the following half square triangle combo’s;

4 – flesh squares                                                               2- flesh/white

10- assorted whites/ivory                                                  2- red/white

12- assorted blacks                                                          12- charcoal/black  (you will only get one ½ square triangle from 2 squares)

12- charcoal                                                                     

58- assorted reds 
              
Cut 1- 3 ½” x WOF for handles from a red

Gift Card Holder

Please cut 1 1/2” squares for the gift card holder
