Spice Bazaar

These warm, inviting tones by Laura Berringer were inspired by her recent (pre-pandemic) travels to Singapore. In addition to the many decorative and ornate batik fabrics there, she discovered wonderful markets with rich colors and spices to excite the senses. "And the Singapore food is exciting because it's a mixture of Chinese, India and Malaysian - we had so many delicious, and spicy, meals!" She named florals, geometrics, texture and stylized stripe after spices like Paprika, Saffron, and Clove, blending in four coordinating SEMI SOLID colors for a perfect recipe.
