Thank you for your order. Please read the important information due to COVID19. If you've selected "Curbside Pickup", you'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please check your email or call us before coming to the store to pick up your order. We'd hate for you to make a trip and your order not be ready for you. Also, please be sure to include your email address and phone number when placing your order so we can let you know when your order is ready for pickup. We do our best to fill the orders by the following schedule. However, due to COVID19, we have a very limited staff, so your order may take longer than listed below. If you've purchased a preorder item, we'll fill your order as soon as it arrives. Here's the schedule we try our best to meet, but once again please don't come to pickup your item until you receive an email from us saying it's ready or you've called us to confirm it's ready for pickup. Orders received by Sunday evening are usually ready for curbside pickup on Tuesdays 10 am -12 noon Orders received by Tuesday evening are usually ready for curbside pickup on Thursdays 10 am - 12 noon Orders received by Thursday evening are usually ready for curbside pickup on Saturdays 10 am - 12 noon at Patchwork Garden, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund your money at your request. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. We do not accept returns on any cut yardage, patterns, books, and non-defective merchandise. If you are returning a defective item, please email us first at info@PatchworkGardenQuilting.com for your return authorization code. Refunds will be credited to a gift certificate or to the same credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase.
